We root before we rise

If you feel called to share meaningful work, but the ways we’ve been taught to show up online leave you feeling disconnected from your voice, this journey was created for you.

Deep down, you already sense that something wants to grow through you. Somewhere along the way, sharing that work began to feel like disconnecting from it. Stories disappearing into the noise. AI-generated content filling the space where real voices used to live. Without noticing, we start simplifying what we mean to say, packaging our message until it feels strategic rather than sincere, trying to fit our voice into systems that were never built to hold the kind of work we carry. What if there was a way back before there was a way forward? Not another strategy, but a return to the roots your work is actually growing from.

Introducing

We root before we rise

WE ROOT BEFORE WE RISE IS A 7-WEEK SELF-PACED JOURNEY: A GUIDED RETURN TO THE VOICE, THE RHYTHMS, AND THE DEEPER FOUNDATIONS YOUR WORK IS GROWING FROM.

Everything is yours from the moment you begin: seven workbooks, each drawing you through reflective prompts, somatic mapping, and creative rituals shaped around one layer of your inner foundations, alongside ten guided audio practices that meet you in the body, helping what you have explored on the page settle somewhere deeper than thought.

Rather than teaching you how to chase algorithms or perform visibility, this journey helps you cultivate the conditions where your work can grow naturally and call the right people home.

You move through it slowly, at your own rhythm, pausing wherever your life asks you to, returning to a section months or seasons later if that is what you need. Each week becomes a small ritual you take for yourself: a space to return inward, listen, and reconnect with the deeper frequency of your work.

How the JOURNEY unfolds

01

YOU BEGIN WHERE YOU ARE

There is nothing to prepare and no answers to arrive with, only a willingness to notice what is already true for you right now. Each workbook opens with that: a place to land before anything is asked of you.

02

YOU REFLECT AND MAP

Through reflective prompts, somatic colour mapping, and creative rituals, you are guided to see the patterns quietly running beneath your relationship to visibility, creativity, and connection.

YOU LISTEN AND LET IT SETTLE

Each workbook is paired with its own guided audio practice: a visualisation or a ritual that meets you in the body, so what you have explored on the page can settle somewhere words alone cannot reach.

03

YOU RETURN WHENEVER YOU NEED TO

The journey does not end after seven weeks. It stays with you: a space to revisit whenever your work enters a new season, asking you to root again before it rises further.

7 weeks

of coming home to yourself,

so your work can find the people

it was meant to reach.

Everything lives in one place: your own Notion dashboard, organised week by week, holding each workbook and audio practice exactly where you need it, so there's nothing to search for and nothing to lose track of.

Your seven workbooks are yours to download directly from Google Drive: save them, print them, or work through them digitally (they are fillable) whichever suits how you like to write.

Your ten guided audio practices are available two ways: downloaded directly from Google Drive, or through your own private podcast feed, which you can add to Apple Podcasts, Overcast, or Pocket Casts, so each practice sits quietly on your phone, ready whenever you are.

this is for you if

01

You feel a pull to explore what is moving beneath your work, even if you cannot yet name what that is.

02

You sense that your body, your emotions, and your creative energy are inseparable from how you express yourself in the world.

03

You are curious about your own creative rhythms, rather than forcing yourself into constant productivity.

04

You are open to journaling, somatic practice, and creative reflection as ways of deepening your relationship to your work.

this isn’t for you if

01

You are looking for a quick fix rather than a slower process of listening and integration.

02

You are hoping for formulas or answers, rather than a willingness to sit with what reveals itself along the way.

03

You feel resistance towards journaling, somatic awareness, or creative ritual as ways of exploring your inner world.

04

You are not currently in a place where turning towards what lives beneath your work feels possible.

Founder of Collective Roots PR

For as long as I can remember, I have been drawn to what happens underground before anything visible begins to grow.

I saw it first in the music industry, where from the age of eighteen I organised and promoted more than sixty concerts across Europe, working with artists across radio, television, and print. What stayed with me was never the logistics. It was watching strangers walk into a room separately and leave changed, moved by the same melody, the same atmosphere, the same shared frequency.

Later, my own body called me inward. Chronic symptoms that conventional systems struggled to explain led me into years of nervous system work, somatic healing, ritual, and inner listening: the slow return to what my body had always known.

Collective Roots PR was born at the meeting point of these two paths: the outer world of visibility and communication, and the inner world of embodiment, rhythm, and truth.

Through years of working alongside creatives and changemakers, a pattern kept appearing. The projects that created the deepest connection were rarely the most polished or the most strategised. They were the ones that had taken the time to root first.

We Root Before We Rise was born from that pattern: from everything I had learned about how meaningful work actually wants to unfold, and from my own repeated experience of needing to return to the ground before I could rise again.

We root before we rise. This is why I created this journey.
