At some point, after the roots of a project have begun to deepen, something else naturally starts to emerge: a desire to find the words that can truly express what the work has become. You don’t simply want to share. You want to find the language that can carry the work into the world.

And yet, in the digital world we move through today, expression has become something else entirely. Hooks are engineered. Posts are optimised. Content is generated at a speed that leaves no room for the quiet process of understanding what the work actually wants to say. So you try the frameworks. You study the formulas. You rewrite the caption seven times. And still, something essential refuses to fit.

Because meaningful work doesn't grow from templates. It grows from lived experience and from the slow and honest process of listening to what the work is trying to become. The voice that can carry your work outward already exists. It has just never been given the right conditions to emerge.

The Rooted Storytelling Intensive

Over the course of one week, your words begin to take shape.

As soon as you join, you receive a private Notion workspace with 10 embodied practice guides: somatic check-ins, intuitive prompts, and reflective practices to help you slow down and find what's true before we meet.

Then we sit down together. Not a form to fill in alone at your desk, but a real conversation, the kind you might have over a cup of tea, where you talk me through your work, what has been inspiring you lately, and what feels alive in what you are building right now. As you speak, I listen for two things at once: the invisible thread that runs through your whole story, and the living material of where you are today, the ideas and moments already asking to be shared.

Everything that surfaces in our conversation becomes the ground I work from. From there, I reflect your work back through a mini audit and shape 12 personalised post directions, each one rooted in the thread we found and drawn from what is genuinely alive for you now, so the content never feels borrowed or invented. You write the posts yourself, in your own voice, with detailed feedback from me at every step.

    We meet for a 90-minute call, warm and unhurried, more like a conversation over tea than a formal session. You talk me through your work and the path that led you here, we wander into what has been inspiring you lately and what you keep finding yourself returning to, and I listen for the patterns beneath it all. Together we find the invisible thread that runs through your story, the deeper current that will shape everything we create from here.

    03. The Mirror

    I review your online presence through a mini audit (clarity, alignment, embodiment), to understand how your work is currently being expressed.

    You receive 12 social media content ideas (posts+captions) rooted in your work, ready to be developed into posts that feel genuinely yours.

Timeline

This is a focused, one-week intensive designed to support both depth and momentum. Once you submit your intake form, I dedicate time to develop your storytelling angles.

You then have one week to write your content using these directions, before receiving feedback and refinement suggestions.

I'm Charlotte. For as long as I can remember, I have been drawn to the invisible thread between things. The sense that beneath the noise and the disconnection, something deeper is still running through all of us. I saw it first in music, standing in rooms full of strangers who arrived separately and left changed. Then in my own healing, finding my way back to myself through practices and rituals older than the systems I had grown up trusting.

Across more than a decade of working with creatives, visionaries, and changemakers, one thing became clear: the social media content that finds the right people and calls them home was never written from a formula. It was written from the inside out. From the stories already living within the work, waiting for the right conditions to surface.

The Rooted Storytelling Intensive was born from that understanding. It is the process I wish had existed when I was first trying to find language for my own work. Before I learned that the voice that can carry it outward was already there. It simply needed to be heard.

  • No. This process is designed as a co-creative process.

    You will develop the content yourself using the storytelling directions provided. My role is to guide the narrative structure and offer feedback that strengthens clarity, flow, and resonance while preserving your authentic voice.

  • We meet for ninety minutes, and it feels closer to a real conversation than a formal session. You share your work, what has been inspiring you lately, and what feels alive in what you are building right now, and I listen for the deeper thread running through it all. What surfaces between us is exactly what I draw from to shape your twelve content directions, so nothing arrives generic or borrowed. There is nothing to prepare beforehand, though if you have moved through some of the practices in your workspace, you are warmly invited to bring what came up there.

  • Yes. Some clients choose to repeat the intensive when a new phase of their work begins or when they would like fresh storytelling directions.

    For those who wish to receive ongoing support with their storytelling, the intensive can also be repeated monthly as part of a longer-term collaboration.

  • If you would like support translating your storytelling into a visual world, you can combine this intensive with the Embodied Brand Design Intensive.

    Many clients choose to begin with storytelling, and then move into design, so that the visuals are rooted in clear narrative directions.

    This allows your content to feel both coherent and aligned, across words and visuals.

  • You are invited to develop your content using the 12 storytelling directions provided (the equivalent of approximately 12 posts).

    Within the one-week container, I will review and offer detailed feedback on the content you create from these directions.

    The focus is not on producing more, but on strengthening clarity, voice, and narrative depth in what you write.

  • This intensive unfolds within a focused one-week container. Your storytelling directions are delivered within a few days of your intake, allowing you to begin writing straight away.

    From there, you receive feedback and refinement within the same week. It’s designed to create momentum, while keeping your process grounded and intentional.
