Translate the essence of your work into a visual world people can feel

A focused design process for creatives and changemakers who want their social media presence to reflect the depth of the work they carry. If you feel that your work is clear in words but not yet fully expressed visually, this process was created for you.

Your work has a frequency, but something gets lost between what you carry and what people see.

The words are beginning to take shape. The story is becoming clearer. And yet, something still feels incomplete: a sense that what people see when they encounter your work online does not quite match what they feel when they are in the room with it. The visual world surrounding your work still feels like it belongs to someone else.

So you choose a Canva template that looks close enough. You pick colours from a palette you found somewhere. You piece together an aesthetic from other people's feeds, hoping something will eventually start to feel like you. But it never quite does. Visuals do more than decorate a message. They create a sensory experience before a single word is read.

They invite someone into a world and when the visual world doesn't match the frequency of the work behind it,
people can feel that gap, even if they cannot name it.

Introducing

Embodied Brand Design Intensive

This intensive blends creative direction with intentional design.

Rather than simply creating content or templates, we shape a visual direction that reflects the depth, energy, and intention behind your work.

We begin by exploring the atmosphere you are drawn to (textures, tones, colours). From there, I translate this into a visual direction that feels aligned, coherent, and true to what you carry.

Alongside the strategic and visual process, I also work intuitively. I tune into the energy of your work and how it wants to be expressed visually, allowing the direction we create to feel not only aligned, but deeply resonant.

From this foundation, your content takes form - becoming a visual presence that allows your work to be seen, felt, and recognised as a whole.

Everything is designed for social media so that what you share online finally carries the same depth as the work behind it.

What begins to shift through
this intensive

01

Your work becomes recognisable

Your visual presence begins to reflect the essence of your work. What you share feels coherent, intentional, and aligned.

02

People can feel your work

Your visuals stop being decorative and start becoming experiential. They create a felt sense of your work even before a word is read.

03

Clarity replaces hesitation

Instead of second-guessing what to post or how it should look, you have a clear visual direction and a set of branded templates you can return to again and again.

04

you create from a place of alignment

Design stops feeling like something you have to “figure out” and becomes an extension of the work you are already doing.

meet your creative guide Charlotte Gomes

Founder of Collective Roots PR

I'm Charlotte. For as long as I can remember, I have been drawn to the invisible thread between things. The sense that beneath the noise and the disconnection, something deeper is still running through all of us. I saw it first in music, standing in rooms full of strangers who arrived separately and left changed. Then in my own healing, finding my way back to myself through practices and rituals older than the systems I had grown up trusting.

Across more than a decade of working with creatives, visionaries, and changemakers, one thing became consistently clear: the visual worlds that truly allow someone to feel it before they have read a single word were never assembled from borrowed aesthetics. They were built from the inside out. From the energy, story, and intention already living within the work, translated into something people can see and sense.

In this intensive, I do not simply design visuals. I tune into the frequency of your work and translate it into a visual language that feels aligned, coherent, and alive.
