Let your work travel to the places where it truly belongs

A relationship-based PR approach designed to place your voice in aligned podcasts, publications, and platforms so your work can be discovered by the people it was always meant for.

Your work is ready but it hasn’t reached the right spaces yet.

The roots have deepened. The story has found its language. The visual world feels coherent. People are beginning to gather. And still, a new question begins to form: How does this work reach the people who will never find it on their own? The ones who need it most, but have never heard your name. The podcast listeners who would stop everything to hear this conversation. The readers of the publication already exploring the themes your work holds. The communities gathering around the very questions you have spent years learning to answer. They are out there. But they cannot find you yet.

Not because your work isn’t ready but because the conventional approach to PR (press releases, cold outreach, mass pitching) was never designed for the kind of work you carry. Visibility without resonance is just exposure and exposure alone has never been what this was about. Your work is not asking for more noise. It is asking to be placed with care and to enter the conversations it was always meant to be part of.

Introducing

PR Campaigns

A relationship-based media outreach process designed to place your voice in the spaces where it was always meant to be heard: aligned podcasts, publications, and platforms where the right people are already gathering.

Through curated outreach and thoughtful pitching, your work enters conversations that already exist in the world. Not by pushing harder but by being placed more precisely.

EXPAND

Two paths. One direction.
Outward, into the spaces
where your work belongs.

One builds early momentum placing your voice across a wider range of aligned platforms as you begin to speak publicly about your work. The other focuses on depth securing fewer, more established placements that build long-term credibility and recognition.

For those ready to begin speaking their work into the world.

This campaign supports creatives & changemakers who are ready to begin sharing their work beyond their own platform and build early media momentum.

It is particularly supportive if you are beginning to appear on podcasts or online publications and want to gain visibility, confidence, and experience speaking about your work publicly.

Rather than prioritizing audience size alone, this work focuses on alignment, placing your voice in spaces where your message can truly resonate.

Rooted Media Campaign

For those whose work is ready to be held by established platforms.

This campaign supports creatives & changemakers whose work is ready to be positioned within more established media spaces.

It is designed for those who want to build long-term credibility and place their voice within trusted platforms where their message can be held with depth.

Rather than expanding widely, this work focuses on intentional placement securing fewer, more established features that support the long-term visibility of your work.

This approach prioritizes quality over volume, allowing your work to be seen, heard, and recognized in spaces that carry both reach and resonance.

Each pitch is crafted with intention, taking into account both your work and the editorial direction of the platform.

Follow-up conversations are handled with care to create meaningful and well-aligned opportunities for your work to be featured.

This is a slower, more intentional approach to visibility: one that prioritizes credibility, depth, and long-term resonance over volume.

  • Outcome: 5 curated media placements within established and aligned platforms

Timeline: approximately 3–4 months, allowing space for editorial timelines, responses, and thoughtful follow-up.

What begins to shift

Your work begins to circulate

Your voice moves beyond your own platform. It enters conversations that are already unfolding and reaches people who were already searching for what you carry.

01

Your work is met with recognition

Not just visibility, but resonance. The right people encounter your work and feel: “this is for me.” Your message begins to be received, shared, and held.

02

Your work is placed
in the right spaces

It is no longer shared randomly. It is introduced into platforms that are already aligned with your message, your themes, and your audience.

03

You are no longer carrying
visibility alone

The pressure to constantly show up begins to soften. Your work starts to move on its own. Carried by the spaces it enters and the people it reaches.

this is for you if

01

You feel ready for your work to reach beyond your current audience and enter new, aligned spaces

02

You want visibility that feels thoughtful and intentional, not driven by pressure or constant output

03

You are open to speaking about your work through podcasts, interviews, or media features

04

You have something you’re ready to share more widely (a book, a creative project, an offering, or an event…) and want it to be placed where it can truly resonate

this isn’t for you if

01

You are looking for fast visibility, viral exposure, or immediate results

02

You are not open to a slower, relationship-based approach to visibility

03

You prefer high-volume outreach or aggressive PR tactics

04

You are not yet ready to speak publicly or be visible through conversations and interviews

Founder of Collective Roots PR

I'm Charlotte. For as long as I can remember, I have been drawn to the invisible thread between things. The sense that beneath the noise and the disconnection, something deeper is still running through all of us. I saw it first in music, standing in rooms full of strangers who arrived separately and left changed. Not just by the music but by the visibility it created. The way the right placement could bring an artist's work into a room where it could finally be experienced by the people it was always meant for.

Over the years I supported artists and creatives in being featured across print media, digital publications, radio, and television learning, placement by placement, how to read the landscape of media and find the spaces where a particular piece of work would genuinely land.

The pattern that emerged was always the same. The work that resonated most deeply was never the work that was pushed the hardest. It was the work placed with care in the conversations that were already gathering around the themes it explored, in the platforms that already held the trust of the right audience.

This is the work I guide you through here so your work can travel to the places where it truly belongs.

frequently asked questions

  • Each platform is carefully selected based on alignment with your work.

I consider the themes you explore, the audience you want to reach, and the type of conversations your work naturally belongs to.

Rather than approaching media randomly, this process is based on curation, ensuring your voice is placed in spaces where it can truly resonate.

  • The campaigns are designed to secure curated media placements.

That said, the exact platforms cannot be guaranteed in advance, as media opportunities depend on editorial decisions and ongoing conversations.

  • The Growing Visibility Campaign focuses on building early momentum across a range of aligned platforms.

The Rooted Media Campaign focuses on fewer, more established placements to support long-term credibility and recognition.

Both approaches are rooted in alignment: they simply support different stages of your journey.

  • Yes. French is my first language, and I have a deep understanding of the French-speaking media landscape, its publications, podcasts, and platforms. If your work is rooted in the French-speaking world or if you want to reach French-speaking audiences specifically, I would love to support that.

All campaign structures are available in both English and French. If you have a bilingual audience or want to build visibility across both languages, we can discuss what a campaign that honours that might look like.

  • Timelines vary depending on the campaign and the platforms involved.

For both campaigns, the process unfolds over approximately 2-3 months to allow for editorial calendars and deeper opportunities.

This work is designed to build visibility that lasts, rather than quick results.

  • These campaigns are best suited for work that is clearly expressed and ready to be shared publicly.

This may include a book, a creative project, an offering, or an event: anything you feel ready to bring into new spaces and conversations.

This is where your work begins to travel further
