With over ten years in Digital PR, my journey began in the music industry, where I witnessed how a story can move, bridge gaps, and change lives. Later, I immersed myself in wellness, energy healing, and neurosciences, learning how to tend to the emotions, frequency, and nervous system state behind visibility: because showing up is not just strategy, it’s a whole-body experience.
Today, I bring these worlds together. Through intentional storytelling, digital strategy, and creative intuitive guidance, I help you create a presence that feels safe for you to inhabit and magnetic for others to experience.

For over a decade, I worked as a digital publicist in the music industry, helping artists craft their narratives and connect deeply with their audiences. I’ve organized 60+ shows across Europe and witnessed the power of live storytelling: the way words and music can move souls and create belonging.
My guiding philosophy? “We’re all just walking each other home.” It reminds me that at the heart of everything, connection is what truly matters.
Creativity is how I translate the world. I turn thoughts into experiences, feelings into words, and ideas into something others can truly connect with.
I’m a music lover at heart: drawn to jazz, soul, and folk. I’m also a poetry writer, captivated by the rhythm and emotion words can hold. And for my cosmic friends: I’m an Aries Sun, Leo Rising, Cancer Moon: a mix of bold vision, creative fire, and deep emotional connection that infuses the way I communicate and create.
