Parayma
Founded by Nora Wilhelm, Parayma exists to support changeworkers who are daring to reimagine how we live, lead, and transform systems from the inside out. Their work is deep, slow, and rooted in collective care: a voice often hard to hear in the noise of digital spaces.
When I joined Parayma’s team, we had two goals:
Give new life to the #MyPieceForChange campaign so more changeworkers could share their “piece” for a better world.
Build a social media presence that truly reflects Parayma’s soul: a space that feels like a living extension of its mission, where engagement feels genuine and rooted in connection.
What we’ve created so far
#MyPieceForChange Amplification :
Designed a Changeworker of the Week series, turning the hashtag into a living storytelling space (social media, blog posts…) that celebrates individual voices and sparks collective momentum.
Designed the concept for a “Wall of Change” : a growing, visual tapestry where every contribution finds its place, showing the collective power of small actions adding up.
Crafted visuals, carousels, and captions to weave a consistent, engaging story across platforms, turning awareness into shared inspiration and action.
Amplifying a movement for systems change
Social media foundations:
From July 2025, I’ve been supporting Parayma as their social media manager, bringing structure, engagement and storytelling depth to their presence.
Designed custom templates, a new posting rhythm, and engagement strategies rooted in connection and accessibility.
Started building a library of content that feels human, spacious, and aligned with Parayma’s vision.
Post designs I’ve created for Parayma
What’s Next
Over the next few months, our focus will be on deepening and amplifying Parayma’s impact:
Growing the reach of the #MyPieceForChange campaign, so more changeworkers around the world feel inspired to add their voice to the collective story.
Sharing real metrics and tangible results, showing how intentional storytelling and meaningful engagement can help changeworkers feel truly seen, supported, and connected.
Launching a dedicated Digital PR campaign to carry Parayma’s mission beyond social media: landing features on online magazines and podcasts that align with its vision for systems change.
This next chapter is all about weaving more connections, widening the circle, and making sure the ripples of Parayma’s work are felt far and wide.
“Charlotte is incredibly motivated, kind, and nice to work with. She brings her values and own practices into her work, which I believe makes a difference. She understood the intention and potential of my project within a short amount of time, and set out to get 10 relevant media clippings. Thanks to her work, I was almost overwhelmed by the response from media outlets and podcasts! So beware, if you hire her prepare for her work to be more successful than you expect! ”
Your story has the power to ripple out too.
If you’re ready to weave intentional storytelling into your mission and make your work impossible to ignore, let’s explore how we can create that momentum together.
