Whether you’re preparing to launch or simply clarifying your next direction, this is where we create movement with intention.

• 1x Rooted Integration Session (60 min)

Each month, this second session is for emotional processing, nervous system regulation, energy healing, or reconnecting to your creative voice. We might explore visibility fears, co-regulate creative resistance, or revisit your project’s soul when things feel off. You don’t need to have a plan, just bring yourself.

• Ongoing Support (Private Messaging)

Between sessions, you’ll have access to private messaging (Monday to Friday) for emotional check-ins, gentle accountability, or feedback on your content and ideas.

I’ll be there to hold space, reflect with you, and help you stay connected to what matters most with responses within one working day.

• Personalized Dashboard

Each month, you’ll receive a custom dashboard to hold your project: your timeline, next steps, and creative tools tailored just for you.
